Information

According to the regulations in force, the Nagyerdei Open-Air Theatre may be visited with a protection certificate and proof of identity, and in the case of children, with an accompanying person holding the same documents. Of course, we also accept the digital security card, along with the identity document.

1. The company is allowed to make a video and audio record of the events, in which the visitors of the event may be recorded and this is accepted by the purchase of the ticket.
2. Some tickets authorize only certain user groups for entry (children tickets, student tickets, pensioner tickets, professional tickets). The existence of the right will be checked by our employees at the purchase of the tickets and at the entry.
3. The replacement of the lost, damaged or destroyed ticket is not possible.
4. People who have valid tickets but they are intoxicated, under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other psychotropic substrances will not be allowed to enter the events.
5. In the case of outdoor events the Phoenix Event Organizing Public Benefits Status Non-Profit Ltd has got a legal opportunity to assign a standby day (rainy day). Because of this our company has the possibility to organize the event on the rainy day. We give our customer a run-down about this decision immediately via our website and by telephone too. The Costumer shall not have the right of withdrawal in case the event is held on a rainy day, thus our Company is not obliged to perform ticket refunds.

In case of the cancellation of the event, refunding the tickets is not possible.
